Estimate shipping date varies depending on each product. We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times. The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 7 – 10 business days. The processing time for custom orders such as Pokemon keycaps, lamps is 3 – 4 weeks. Shipping takes over 8 – 20 days on average, depending on your location.

When your order is shipped out, we will update a tracking code via email so that you can stay up-to-date with your order status. Removing Old Keycaps: Use a keycap puller tool (often included with keycap sets) to gently remove your old keycaps. Slide the tool under each keycap and pull straight up.
Placing the Artisan Keycap: Align the artisan keycap stem with the switch stem on the keyboard and press down gently but firmly until it’s securely in place.
Maintaining the Keycap: Avoid pressing too hard on the artisan keycap during regular use, as some intricate designs can be delicate. For aesthetics, occasionally wipe with a soft cloth.
Display or Storage: If you have multiple artisan keycaps, consider displaying them or storing them in a safe box when not in use to keep them in pristine condition.
